The Office of Vocations received with great joy the news that Pope Francis has appointed Fr. Peter Muhich as our next Bishop. We look forward to having the opportunity to meet him soon. We are anxious to learn more about him as I am sure you are as well. Many of you may already know that Bishop-elect Peter grew up north of Duluth, MN in Eveleth, MN. His parents, now in their 80’s, still live there. Recently, their parish pastor interviewed them and they shared their reaction to Bishop-elect Peter’s appointment. They also answer the question, “How would you advise families to foster vocations in their own home?” Their answer will delight you!
